What is the maximum or minimum limit we can choose a storage service?

At Storage Plus, you are not provided a minimum or maximum storage service time limit. We leave the
service usage entirely at your disposal. Our storage services are no bound by any specific time frame and can be acquired for any particular time which you might feel appropriate. At Storage Plus, this is built upon on contract-free services, which allow you the freedom to choose any services for any time – we provide
optimum flexibility of services.

At what time of the day can I have access to my storage?

As we have committed to freedom and flexibility in our services, once you have paid for the storage and stored your belongings, accessibility is round the clock. This means we are open 7 days a week and 24 hours a day. You can extract or add to your storage at any time of the day. This will, however, require you to have the assigned key and you are free to use the services. We understand that it might be a dire need that brings you to the storage.

Do I have to pay a deposit or commitment fee for your services?

As we mentioned earlier, we make our services accessible without any contract or bondage – this means that we aren’t going to charge you a security deposit fee to keep you bound for time. The usual tenancy or rental for the storage is what you have to pay. This waiver of commitment and security fees is offered only to you at Storage Plus.

Do I have to pack my products myself?

At Storage Plus, we are aware that many of us cannot expertly pack the items for storage and fear they would damage the articles. For this, you don’t have to worry anymore – our expert packers and storage
personnel can do all of this for you. You can also hire our onsite packing services, where our team of experts would pack the products at your place before shipping them to the storage.
